party mem's icon's not visible

Just wondering (I know this is a long shot):

Is there some way to reduce the size of your party member's icons on the right of your screen so you can keep track on everyone?  I have to chose sometimes who I want to keep track of and others are left out.  (this really only is a problem with larger parties; say 6 or more I think)

I don't know if it is possible, but there's a way besides a nice screen size to keep things manageable and I have seen this working for larger groups.

What they did was sorting the list after their responsibilities within the groups. That way all melee fighter came first on the list which made it way easier for the clerics to keep track on their health. Of course if someone leaves party and joins it again due to crash the list gets slightly messed up.
