*A female elf dressed in mostly black stands before the board and  looks over the notes posted when her eyes stops on this one. She grumbles  as she begins to scribble quickly and a bit harder than needed.*

Let me get his right... your asking for someone to kill forty bears so you
can have their skins? Because if there are forty dire bear laying around
dead  for someone to skin we may have a problem.

*A blue clad woman stares at the posting with narrowed eyes. She reaches into her pack and pulls out a whetstone and begins to sharpen a blade, muttering to herself* As if his drunken incompetence isn't bad enough...

//just to be clear, Pallena isn't writing anything on the note.

*Fehriel comes back and look at the notes*

Ts ts ts, how hypocritical of you.

I wonder how many skins of the animal you are wearing it took, for the tailor who did your work to get it perfectly with each try, and for that matter, all of the clothes you have, weapons, bows, arrows. And if you are the person I think of, I wonder how many birds you've killed for their feathers, skins you killed to make the shields that you sell. Or the poor squirrels that have to relocate for the tree you chopped down.

Now Of course there is a use for the skins, and I have no obligation to tell you what they will be used for.

I may be a ranger, but I am also a hunter. And one can only hope that the person making the hunt will look for the old and sick bears.

*Milo frowns at the poster and pens a note*

Sounds like she knows what she talks about, forty bears is too much for one man.

*As he comes by*

Milo, if you wish to talk to me about it, come and I will tell you what they are for. It not a show of wisdom to take side in a matter when you do not know the whole thing.

*Rodlin reads over the request and shake his head a bit in dissapointment. He turns to the commander of the Wolfswood Ranger Corps and speaks.*

This is a hunter that does not understand what the 'hunt' means, has forgotten about 'balance', and fails to realize that pruning or topping trees produces two to three times more branches.

I feel this one does not comprehend that he is taking his means of survival for granted.

This number will surely upset the balance. He must understand that when taken over time, the animals can repopulate quickly enough to sustain the balance. That is how it was designed.

I may have to put out a warrant for whomever fulfills this contract and then on this 'hunter' for conspiracy to knowly harm the balance.

*After listening to the Commander, he leaves the headquarters and heads out to perform his duties.*
