A dark hooded figure has been seen among the refugees in the area of Port Hempstead asking the occasional unsavory person a question concerning the whereabouts of someone called "Ma Baker." When asked who he is, the name "Adder" is given. He slips the target of his inquiry a few true weight coins for their troubles and disappears among the crowds.
