If I have a private CDT and posted a link in a regular forum to a specific entry for a GM to look at, could any player click on that link and gain access to my private CDT to view that particular post? :\

NO they need to have special permissions to view it. Even if they have a link the link will not work unless they have those permissions, like being a GM.
