Just a thought:
Since Rapid Reload was widely known to be bugged prior to NWN v.1.69, perhaps it would be good to insert something like: "Prior to v.1.69 Rapid Reload was bugged, but now it is fixed" to the LORE page to avoid confusion for new and old players?
