*Sent forth by numerous means, one of the following declarations eventually reaches Rael while parts of the city still burn.*

To all Raelites from Lister Tremaine, Lord of Ash, of the Kingdom of Kuhl.

It is with heavy hearts we received word of the terrible and unprovoked attacks on your nation and it's people. Despite early assumptions of our involvement I publically do declare we would never engage in such an act of provocation on such a lawful nation as Rael.

The people of Rael have been wronged but so too have the people of Kuhl, by whomever has arranged such a cowardly act. Let it be known that Kuhl will stand with Rael to help them find the perpetrators and see that they are suitably dealt with.

Let it further be known that if Rael cannot see the truth of the matter and assumes that Kuhl is capable of such a cowardly act then we will stand ready to defend ourselves as the case may be.

Those nearby who had the opportunity to observe Lord Rael after he read the letter saw him crumple the document in his fist, drop it to the ground and grind it with his boot before he moved on to inspect the next fire, his face a carefully nuetral expression but with fire burning in his eyes.

Hilm spies report activity in Kuhl once again. This time a large concentration of forces just south of the city of Westgate and a considerable stockpiling of supplies. At least four dragons have been seen flying over the city carrying large nets beneath them with soldiers of supplies in them. It seems the Cult have found a highly effective method of quickly transporting troops and supplies across large distances.

As yet there is no indication where or why this force is being mobilised but early estimates indicate at least four or five thousand soldiers and Myr'drachs are assembling.

One spy reported seeing Cyn Chan the head of the Drach Tesak arriving in Westgate aboard a Silver Crescent ship. As yet they are not sure what this means except that there have been rumours that the Silver Crescent have been supplying slaves for the Cult for some time in exchange for taking Hurm and Liwich when the Cult finally moves.

Soldiers along the Kuhl/Hilm, and the Kuhl/Horn border have doubled over the last week and it certainly appears that the Cult are clamping down and preparing for something. Especially since the incident with Rael almost three weeks ago. An incident that the Lord of Ash continues to refute.

To all nations of Layonara, from Lister Tremaine, Lord of Ash, of the Kingdom of Kuhl.

Not long ago you saw the attacks on Rael which have been acredited falsely to the now permanent administration of Kuhl. We continue to strongely deny these false accusations and remain open to any and all debate with Rael on the matter at hand should they prove willing to parlay. It is our hope that the Rofireinites are not simply puppets of the Rael leader and provide him with false evidence in order to implicate our nation in the attacks on his own.

It is clear now to us that this world is not threatened so much by peaceful nations or those who simply with to establish themselves and live according to their one beliefs and designs but by the interference and assumptions of a few that they are the gods gift to the world and that they know better than anyone else.

I am referring of course to the plague on this world, those that call themselves adventurers and heroes of the world. These are the true threat to peace in the world, their belief that they are above the law of each nation, their belief that they hold the balance, their belief that their ideals should be the ones to which the rest of the world are held prisoner too.

Always they seek to interfere, impose, dictate and direct those who live day to day in their own nations, trying to make their own way through life. I say that these are the true enemies to the world and the right of each nation to govern themselves, to decide and act for themselves for the good of their own people.

Therefore, we, the people of Kuhl are taking a stand and offering a reward of 50,000 true for each and every person that calls themself or associates themselves as adventurers and heroes to layonara. These stonebound are to be captured and brought to us, bound and held so they cannot use the stones. We can deal with this threat, we can strip them of their stonebound ability and end their threat to this world once and for all.

The following are those which we seek first and foremost and we offer more for their capture and arrival at Westgate.

Kuhl will not stand by and be dictated to by these people.

Raz mutters at first about being last on the list and being worth -only- 80 K.

After a few moment, Raz grins, whistles and teleports home. Once home Raz arranges for the Document to be framed and he proudly hangs it on his wall.*

Who stood and fought for Hlint?

Gel'larian returns home from a Krashinite ship and sees the newly framed notice. At first, a small trepidation comes in to his eyes, but he quickly banishes it and yells up to Raz, "80,000? You work too hard! I barely lifted an arrow... 25,000."

He smiles and then sets about mending his cobalt clothes.

A seedy looking character reads the poster somewhere in Mistone and lets out a little laugh. With a sneer to another, equally seedy fellow, he slaps the other on his chest with the back of his hand.

"Sides?" he snorts. "I'm on th' side what's payin' me."

The other man snickers darkly and inhales deeply from a fat roll of pipeweed. "Aye..." he says in a rough and gravelly voice.

The two men walk off into the town, their eyes casually alert for what could be a very lucrative opportunity.

The employees of Andrew's inn are sent an urgent bird message with a copy of Kuhl's kill list. They are warned to keep the inn closed until Andrew or Elohanna returns and to be on guard. No one who had not previously been in a work crew is to be allowed into the Inn and absolutely no customers or guests.

A letter is sent to the Tower Academy; wards are requested to be re-applied to the Silver Buckle and instructions for extra reinforcements to be put in place including iron braces and bars on all doors and windows leading to the outside and to the internal doors going up and down stairs. Paddy is given free rein to add whatever mechanisms he wishes for security.

Additional changes are requested to the basement, expanding some previously built escape areas.

Ni'haer immediately travels to Hurm from Leringard. He meets with a small retinue in the woods outside Hurm and makes for the Deep, their silent exodus wary of any possible attacks.

As word spreads of the attack on Sederran soil by the Cult in engaging what they are calling 'the adventurer scourge' the Lord of Ash has come forward and addressed the people and finding means to ensure his words reach the ears of others across the world.

"The People of Kuhl, a nation engaged in a war against those who attempt to subvert, corrupt, undermine and control the hearts and minds of the leaders of the nations of the world, are here to tell you we will not bow to your threats. We will not bow to your attempts to destroy and take away that which we have toiled for so long to create.

We have, in our possession documents and notes on many of the prominant members who term themselves Stonebound and who insist on trying to bring war against the people of Kuhl.

The irony of the matter is that the information we have here is from some of their own. Complete details of descriptions, aliases, accomplices, known haunts, relatives and other important individuals in their lives and of course, home addresses and the like. Our agents have worked hard to seek out such information in preparing for this war and ahve had limited success. But now, we see them turning on themselves in an effort to stop what is brewing.

This warning goes out now to all those who call themselves stonebound and who threaten our way of life in Kuhl. Have a care for your families, have a care for those you love. If we have to capture or kill all of them in order to bring your incessent superiority complexes to an end then we will do so. Care for your family and friends and we will have no cause to act. Rise against us and we will act and you will not be able to stop us."

You know who you are.. It is very clear the Cult have a lot of info on each of you and are using it to their advantage. Friends and relatives come at you from left right and centre asking, demanding! to know whats going on, who is going to protect them!!!
