Bank Chest locked?

Hi, Keela is trying to open her bank chest but for some reason it is locked.

// Getting the message : You are already using a bank chest.

I tried logging off and then exiting and re entering the bank and it is still locked. This has happened twice before and I can't remember how to solve the problem. Any clues in solving the problem will be greatly appreciated

If you log off near a bank chest this message will appear across both servers until a reset.

Could be fixable by a GM intervention, or so I think. I'll paste this thread's URL to IRC for the GM's to take a look at.

Thank you.  Should a gm try to open it without a reset would I need to be logged on and in game?

This is specific to you only, so a GM will need you to be in-game to fix your character.

Thank you! The next time I have time to log on  I will check to see if there is a gm on. Lesson learned? Not to rest near the bank chest
