Edit: Retroactively, I realized what you were asking. The monstrous race alignment restrictions do not apply to Wemics. That said, due to their rarity and leonine appearance, most common folk would likely be afraid of them, and they would be unwelcome in - or have their entry barred to - some towns and many individual buildings. Most inns, for example, would likely refuse them entry.
