Good people of the forums and of Layonara,
I come to you from far in the north (no, I'm not so far North as to reside in an igloo or to own a dogsled) and anxiously await my first character approval. I'm not entirely new to NwN, but it has been a few (by few I mean 3 or more) years since I've played. My previous experiences with NwN extend only as far as the solo campaign, and with that I've only ever completed the game up to the beginning of chapter 4.
I have plenty of experience with online RP through other mediums though. I have been an administrator/coder for a number of MU* over the last 16 years and have played countless hours of PnP D&D (all editions) for even longer.
Over the course of today, I've probably spent nearly 10 hours reviewing different sections of this site. I'd like to thank everybody who has taken the time to contribute to the vast amount of information that has been presented in its various formats. The LORE section in particular, has been an invauable resource. Reading through it provided me with information about Layonara that I was able to work into my character bio, that without ever stepping onto the server(s) would have been otherwise unavailable.
I am very anxious to step into the world and play with all of you. It will take me some time to get used to the interface of NwN again, and even more time to become familliar with playing in a PW environment, but I'm excited still!
Outside of this, I work as a carpenter and still write code as a hobby. I don't play PnP anymore but I'm considering trying to start up a small group of players again. Failing that, I'll just spend more time on here!

PS. Where are the character development logs kept? I keep reading about them, and about having a link to them.
