As far as I know, there has never been any request of any "god-child" and the number of silliness among the submissions are as good as zero. The majority of the submissions that the great character approval team doesn't approve directly only need some minor adjustments to fit the lore on the server. Most commonly in the form of explaining more and fleshing out the bio. Like... "what about his childhood?", "what significance and how did she get that scar on her arm?", "why did he leave his parents?", "why did she start that fight?"!
Not entirely true. *chuckles* Since I've signed on as a Character Approver, there have been at least ten submissions with noble parents, we once saw this submission (though not in my tenure), and I once had to deal with a dwarven Chosen of Katia, who had an honour guard of forest creatures for his departure from his village, trees bending to his will, flowers sprouting where his tears fell, and elderly clerics of the Green Mother marveling at his abilities with plants. It's not TOO common, but that's why the rules are there.Looking forward to seeing you play.
