What's the Dmg Multiplier on a +5 Physicist?

Are you kidding?   He's at least a +9 Physicist. :p

The damage isn't all that great, but there's an on-hit save vs. Mind Effecting at a DC of 50 or the target is confused for 1d6 days.

int save rather than will save.

Also wielding a Stephen Hawking is +4 to Int, but -10 to Dex

I'd guess there might also be a sizeable bonus to Lore Checks for the wielder....
