This has got to be one of the most insanely cool things I've ever seen done with a fractal.
This guy took the Mandlebrot fractal, applied the Buddhabrot technique (also mapping it to 4 dimensions) to produce something like an MRI scan of the Buddhabrot. He then made a video clip and threw it up on
YouTube. You really just gotta see the video to believe/comprehend it.
