Uhhhh .... ooooo k.  Watching this ... the first thing that came to mind was Mili Vanilli.  The dude's mouth and tongue just didn't seem to work in concert with the sounds erupting from him.  Then the facial expressions reminded me of Mr Bean.  Not really my kind of music ... But I'm sure its something many(?) others enjoy?

Old?? OMG, by set design and wardrobe, this must be from the late 60s or early 70s *laughs*

I see Andy Kaufman more than Rowan Atkinson, in the facial expressions and body language, but it's a close call ;)
