Aregen and Toran.

The two deities, Aragen and Toran are friendly to each other. (Aragen being the God of Knowledge etc.) My friend has that Deity, and when I cast bless on us...it seems that he doesn't receieve the bless. I then tried "Divine intervation" which tells us the reaction of target player and it seems to be "Unfriendly".
This is suppose to be friendly, and he's suppose to get the blessings etc.

Unless he's done something wrong, this could be fixed.

Toran is unfriendly to Aragen.
Aragen is friendly to Toran.

This is one of many complex deity relationships.  It's how your deity feels about the others that affects spells, not the other way around.
