empty creature skin

I did a quick search and didn't notice this posted. Occasionally (twice so far)when I respawn I get the empty creature skin (stat loss) as an inventory item instead as a stat loss.

I believe this can happen sometimes due to lag. Resting or relogging should apply the skin properly.

    Relogging usually works for me.
