This is actually a report of two new versions, as due to the flurry of activity surrounding the Finale 2 weeks ago, we never got around to doing a change log.
  So here they are, versions 2.97.5 and 2.97.6 in all their glory. Enjoy:
New Features - 2.97.5


 

    • Added Unit Flags, which give a particular benefit to PCs within range
    • Added new world start area to West - Road to Destiny
    • Added Cradle of Life area
    • Skyboxes set to some variation of stormy/cloudy worldwide
    Creatures


     

      • Added several creatures
      • Updated descriptions for several Drow of the Rift NPCs
      Bug Fixes


       

        • Fix transition to 257 Pranzis
        • Tweaked AT Waypoints and/or spawn points for several areas on East and Planes
        • Farming bug fixes
        • Changed mouse voice to better reflect its species
        • Adjusted fog in Dregar Plains quest area to be less severe

          • Updated Mount Thulbane (East)
          • Updated Abyss-Thanatos (Planes)

The new version 2.98 is now up and running on all servers.  It does require the download of two updated files:
  layov2_2da_v26.rar  (un-RAR to the NWN .\\hak folder) layonara_v18.rar  (un-RAR to the NWN .\\tlk folder)
  It also requires that you update NWN to v1.68.

Does it have it's own model? I'm curious what the Layonara take on one of DnD's most powerful critters is.

I have not seen the creature in action so do not know what it is set up like. But I am with you on the statement 8bit. It should by its very nature be the walking terror of the server....nobody in my PnP games ever beat one but they did get it plane shifted off the prime....however...hehe.. well the rest is another story. :)

Did you use the model i sent like.. a year back now? That one as about twice the hight of a dragon.. crazy.

heh.. okay good point, i asked about the Tarrasque ages ago, and L said something about get the model made. So i got it and sent it to him, cant wait to see how it looks IG though, just hope it dosent eat me first!

Ahh...The model is from the vault.
  If you want to see what it looks like, you can fire up your own toolset, associate the Layo HAKs with the module and make a creature with the Tarrasque appearance type.
