This player has been banned. The GM team has spoken to him repeatedly about playing/creating characters that are not approved. We have spoken to him repeatedly about going around and killing any npc he can find (he has killed quite a few) and has moved his alignment a large amount by doing so.
The GM team only has so much time that we can spend on a single player, and when the player does not listen we run out of time and patience--there is only so much we can do.
