 Beware of a bald, charismatic man dressed in Orange and Black clothes,
asking about dreams and wishes. This individual is the prime suspect in the disappearances and possible murders of a number of farmers in and around Port Hempstead. Sightings of this man have come in but are not limited to Port Hempstead, the Stormcrest Shack, Fort Vehl, and the country-side in between. Should anyone encounter this individual they should immediately avoid him as quickly as possible and report this to the nearest Guard. Also, be wary of any appearances of burning statues of a kneeling man, and report them as soon as possible.
 
ANYONE WISHING TO AID IN THE SEARCH AND CAPTURE OF THIS FUGITIVE IS URGED TO MEET ON THE EASTERN ROAD HEADING TO THE IRE MOUNTAINS ON THIS DATE
 
 
 ~Any all sightings around Port Hempstead should be reported to either the Captain of the Guard, Trent, or Shiff Dragonheart,identifiable by the Crimson-Gold suit of Half-plate he wears, bearing the Engraved Symbol of a Dragon clutching a bleeding heart on it's breast-plate~
