Basic crafting page

A recently added page has an overview of crafting.  (LORE not responding at the moment or I'd post link.)  I'd request that:

1. Mention that the recipe index cards are optional.  Describe what they're useful for and how to use them.
2. Mention the need to purchase a crafting badge.  Describe where to purchase one (off menus, not off craft merchant inventory).
3. Mention craft merchants as being a source for many basic components (bottles, yeast, patterns, etc.)

* Buy a crafters badge.  These badges are available on the menu of the NPC craft merchants found in many of the merchant buildings.  The basic badge will get you started in your trade.
* Buy the appropriate tools.  The same merchant will sell you tools of your trade:  A smith's hammer for armor and weapon making, tinker's tools for using the tinker's bench, etc.  Smelting, mold making, and cooking do not require any tools.
* Buy the basic supplies.  Though many basics are craftable some are provided for purchase to speed you along.  These include patterns for tailoring, bottles and vials for potions.  Some non craftable items like yeast are also available.
* Buy index cards for the craft you wish to do.  Though these are not required to craft, they are handy for looking up recipes when away from the CNR stations.  Simply 'use' the set of cards to get a display of recipes.
Get the CNR (Craftable Natural Resources).  This means going out into the wilds and gathering ingredients.  Chop down trees for wood, dig ore for metals, pick berries for potions.
Go to the crafting house and make what you want.  Possess or wield the required tool, place your ingredients into the device, choose the item to make.
