Recipes for NCR

Still waiting for character approval, but after reading the handbook and the section on NCR. I got to thinking about all the recipes I have personally for inks.
Mineral inks
Gem-based inks
Plant-based inks
Animal-based inks

Also, I may not be the only player (potential) that has Volo's Guide to a All things Magical and Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue (collectible).

After reading the NCR, got to thinking about all the different materials listed in Volo's Guide.., including a description of said materials and what they can be used for. Not really sure, if for any reason the creationists within Layonara would want that kind of database for NCR. Just a thought.

The only inks used in CNR are for scribing scrolls (spell scrolls.)

I dont know them too well, as i'm not a scriber, but I belive some use plant products, and some use various colorfull gem dusts.  Check it out when you get IG.

  Talan is correct. Right now only scribing really uses inks. All inks require eggs and most require some type of plant. As for the gem dust that happens in the actual scribing of the scrolls when the ink is put to parchment.
