is it possable to have schools for each class/ temples for clerics and paladins. when you are ready to level up you could go to the appropriate school and "train for your level up" this could be very expensive but would offer a 5% exp bonus upon completion.
I dont know how this could work mechanics wise but ill guess: you goto the school when you enter it you buy a tomb or whatever then level up. when you return the tomb or whatever and the game sees you a level higher you get your bonus. the tomb would disappear like an inn key if you left the school so it couldn't be saved. players would pay more depending on the level they are training this would balance the 5% exp bonus.
