I noticed that the tattoo of the right bicep of a char could now be changed, which i find to be really a neat feature, having more style in them would be great too. But unfortunately you can not change the left bicep tattoo.
I'm suggesting when you guys have the time, to work on having all tattoos changeable from the loom station.

Um...those aren't really tattoo changes but "armor" changes.
If your character were to remove all armor, the tattoos you set upon character creation (or lack thereof) will still be there.
Even in V2 there were some asymmetric "tattoo" options.

Aye yes that I know but its still a good addition. I wonder though if adding an option to change the tattoos would be doable?

Well, change in what way? Remember, tattoos of the time were little better than ritual scarification, so "removing" them would be pretty much impossible.
I don't really see it as being something worth the scripting time, myself.

Well the same way you can change a garb only this time it would be directly the tattoo itself on the skin not a overlay.

Hellblazer - Darkstorme means "How would the character change the tattoo?" not "How would we do it as players?".
But... This wouldn't be easy to do. It would involve editing the base character file, and that's if we don't ADD more types of tattoo styles. If we do that, we have to make LOTS more models for each and every race, skin tone, etc.

well simply that not all tattoos were burnt skins. Think of the Indu style of tattoos that are dried plant based called
Henna
that was used at least 4000 years ago so it would fit the time period of the game. If you needed something to RP it in this could be it. Now wither it be water resistant or not is up to you
, those were also use though out Asia and the middle east.

Henna "tattoos" are not tattoos at all, merely dyes applied to the surface of the skin. They wear off after a while.
A tattoo is dye pushed under the skin, and is entirely permanent.

Yes, henna's essentially the same as longer-lasting warpaint. It would last a few days to a week, tops, particularly under armour and heavy exertion. It's just a temporary staining of the highest dermal layers.
Either way, it's a ridiculous amount of work for something that's barely ever seen.
