I think it would be nice to have an IC channel on OneST8's
server. Where the channel is located on layonara doesn't
really matter. Wild Surge Inn would be fitting since it already
exists in a similar fashion here in the forums.
I think it will have very low(mostly 0) number of users, but it
would still be worth it since it takes little work to set it up.
