General Discussion / Summoner Character Build?« on: April 09, 2018, 02:17:58 am »
Hello all,
Wasn't really sure where the best place to put this was, so general discussion seemed like a good choice. I had an idea for a potentially interesting character concept based around doing a lot of summoning as the primary method of damage dealing. I was wondering if this was really a possibility in the NWN engine, and if it is, if anyone had any ideas about the best way of making it happen mechanically. Thanks! 2
Development Journals and Discussion / Belaruth Dawnbreaker - Warrior of Toran« on: October 27, 2017, 03:51:52 am »
*Belaruth settles on the small log bench in Center, relieved to be out of his armor and taking a rest. He opens a meticulously maintained journal bearing the symbol of Toran, and begins to write*By Toran's light it is good to rest. Michael and I have already brought a great deal of the judgement of Toran to Center and the surrounding areas. We assisted a sewer keeper in Port Hempstead to test our skills, purged some foul undead from a crypt below Center, set back the nefarious activities of some kobolds meddling with dark magics, and brought retribution upon a whole castle of undead and dark monstrosities, as well as an especially nasty monster in the surrounding forests. Truly we have brought many triumphs in Toran's name! I parted ways with my dear brother outside Hempstead, as we both had separate agendas we desired to fill. In the morning I believe I will attempt to deal with a goblin problem near Hlint, but for now I rest. Toran Be Praised - Belaruth Dawnbreaker

Development Journals and Discussion / Aelus Voldar - Arcane Duelist« on: October 24, 2017, 01:49:04 pm »
*Aelus sits by the fire, jotting his thoughts down in a small leather-bound journal*I have arrived at Center, finally. It has been a long journey, but I imagine the road ahead will be longer still. I will rest here, then proceed to Port Hempstead in search of work. I have begun practicing with the rapier, in the hopes that I can capture the fighting style I observed from that traveler on the road. I have begun to understand the basic forms of the weapon, from books and practice, and I believe my speed is improving. I shall see what tests of my skills I can find in Port Hempstead.*He closes his journal and retires to bed, preparing for whatever he may find in the morning*
