Good to see some friendly faces ^^
Lonnarin: =< Not dead, just had some trouble in life.
My daughter is my number one priority now, she has autism (going on five) and still can't form sentences. She can count to 12 and has a very small vocabulary of words (She's starting to mimic words I say which is great). We're working on it everyday, that's one of the reasons I'm not around. It's not our fault or hers she's like this, I just do the best I can to understand her needs at all times (one of the challenges of actually coming back, I'd have to leave the computer frequently).
We also moved from California to Georgia with the help of a friend of ours. We're doing much better and Fenris has a great job now. Speaking of which, Fenris and I did get married last August (He bought me something really special for our anniversary, it won't arrive for a few months).
Enough rambling: Everyone keep well, if sick treat it with respect. ^^

Sakura!!! The first Layo quest I ever participated in you were the GM. Cole! I remember ah... good old days, ya? Yeah I remember seeing you there.

I've been playing off and on for like a year and none of my characters are over 16. Due to my time and when I like to play I can never find a quest to go on, and due to the nature of my characters it is hard to find a group (Can't stand monster bashing all day, I like crafting  ). Epic is the key word in ECDQ, the question has to be asked. What have You done to make you so special and valuble to the world of Layonara? If the answer is "Nothing of importaince" then you really need to consider, what a plan of action to flesh out that character. Simply because it is importaint that that character has done something note worthy to gain epic states. I burned out running CDQ's, I didn't mind the ones that were "I'd like to develop my character in Xxxx manor in order to do this or that or even a PrC (and I give you infomation on my character)". However I can't stand the "I want a cdq run it for me with no real meat or substance I just want to waste your time". CDQ's should be fun and unique, but I feel that you should give the GM/DM running that side quest just for you enough information so they can create something fun for you, with out burning out. I'd also like to see the XP lose implemented again, but I don't like the DT thing (But thats just me). I'd rather lose the XP then lose my life, makes things intresting and harder to level up. ****Disclamer**** These are my opinions, not that of the GM team. //End Rant! Intresting thought, if I was to come back what would I be? Two possiblities really, Willow Cloverleaf, I might go full cleric then undead hunter with her. With the past and turnings she's had it should be an intresting development. The other Aurora Faythe, those who know of her might get a thrill to hear of her return. Those that don't... you might be on the wrong side of her bastard sword and fireball.  All in theory and speculation, the world would be what it is with out and will always be what we make it for sure it will develop into a world filled with intresting players and intresting characters. I look forward to seeing what awaits Layonara. * *Translation for those that don't speak Sakura "The world will be full of intresting characters, I look forward to seeing it"

*grumbles* Ok, I can't run today. More family issues that I gotta deal with... again. It is nothing bad, don't worry. To answer your question D Blaze, Water elementals have always used a drowned effect. I learned the hard way with one of my Cleric's. Xeen's Summons are all Water elementals. Lucinda's Higher summons are Golems, and so on. (See Handbook page: 260 for information about Custom Summons for Layonara) I belive that for mages with no god it is based on your Alignment. (I'm sure L could clerify that ). Sakura

Shadows linger and sway in the cold crypt of hero's, a small figure comes out of the dark dressed all in black. Pulling back the hood it is Willow Cloverleaf she is holding a single red rose. Walking slowly to where Rurik is, she wonders... is he really gone?
Placing the rose upon the grave marker she begins to cry. "It is not fair. I have lost another that I would hold dear."
Pulling her hood up again to hide the tears from herself, she then whispers to herself "I never got to tell you, anything... Good-bye my friend."
Turning she leaves the cold dark place wondering if her memories of Rurik will always be with her or will the fade in time? She hoped that they will always stay with her, that is all she can wish for.

I wasn't the happy person that I like to be and that made me sad. I'm getting better, I feel better... Just posting once and awhile on normal threads and watching everyone from afar keeps me in the loop while I recover. With this being said, I'll be running one quest and one CDQ for October. Watch the Calander for the quest, I have a feeling I'm going to not finish Tea cups' even though it was really fun. We'll see. Thank you all for understanding and I hope to see you in game soon. Yes the movie was completly made for fans that played the game no doubt about that. Money makes the world go round, FFX is a great example: FF 10 comes out.. it ends the people demand a sequal a year later FF 10-2 is out in stores. In production (or out in Japan) right now: FF IV (GBA) FF XII (Ps2) Dirge of Cerberus - FF VII (Check it out!) Before Crisis - FF VII (Check it out!) DW & FF board game (who would have thought...) All from the offical japan site. If your wondering yes I like my games.

I just got to see the movie a friend of mine found an import copy in J-town (official Square-enix import). One word: Thrilling It was the best thing I've seen in a really long time that made me feel so excited. I watched it with a bunch of friends we ended up watching it like 5 times afterwards trying to catch all the little things we missed the fist times around. 97.5% none stop action, lots of story in so little time. Sword fights, gun fights, motorbike fights... wow. Parts of the movie are haunting and chilling as you recall FF7 the game over again. Now there is talk of FF7 being remade just like the movie with AC added onto it. It will take 3 years and will debut on the Ps3 if it happens (I really hope so Cloud is to cute ) I can't wait for the official U.S. version to come out. Square, you out did yourselves again the next generation of games/movies is about to begin. Love, Sakura-chan

No Zero you didn't miss something, however... I did.
I -just- woke up... yes that’s right its nearly 8pm at night, I want to apologize to all that stood around waiting for me to show up. I'm SO very sorry.
I've been sick for the last 4 days now, what seems like endless days and nights blend together to be something of a misnomer as I have no idea what day it is or even the time.
In saying this I'm probably... no I have to cancel all the other quests for the month until I get this under control. I however can not go into details of the nature of this illness only that its very serious.
Again, I'm so sorry... I'll be posting in CDQ to let everyone know please pick another GM for the time being, as right now I'm having a very hard time staying awake.
Until I get this under control its hard for me to predict when I'm awake and being able to schedule something for everyone to enjoy.

Fenris is going to be home for a week so we can get some stuff moved around and thrown out like it should have been done. *cheers* So, Thursday's quest... yes sadly its getting moved to next week.. But on the bright side I can still run tomorrow's quest if I can get some sleep, eh he he.
