*facepalm* I missed the forum section for charater submissions when I skimmed through before making my post.

I'm a new player and I notice that when I rest I only get a partial amount of my health back but I can rest whenever I want to without having to wait. Is this a perk for low level characters or is it just how the system works?

Hey all. I'm new and I used the character creation wizard to submit a character so I can log on and give the server a try. Unfortunatly there seems to be a broken link or some kind of error with it and it wont let me submit. Anybody know of some other way I can start playing?
