Kudo's to Dezza and everyone in the Dragon War thing. I'm probably biased and I missed a lot of it but I've been following what people are doing and it looks great. The whole Dragon war thing looked like a lot of fun and had lots going on. Things like this make you want to play again.

After returning to Sundance at Captain Vrebels command before they entered the ravines to get the prisoners and water. Kromlek is devastated to learn he missed such a legendary battle at Iron Gorge and curses Vrebels decision to send him south instead of letting him join them in the ravines.
Kromlek then finds Sir Lance and makes his report of what Vrebel and Griff were going to do then asks to be allowed to command some soldiers to go and join them.
((Assuming thats approved by Lance))
On the journey north Kromlek comes across scattered survivors from vrebels force who recount the epic battles. His mission then becomes finding more survivors and harrying the remnants of the Horde as they flee to the east. At least exacting his revenge on them that way.
The whole time he tells the people with him what he's going to do to Vrebel when he sees him again for letting him miss the Wall of Iron battle, in good humour of course!

Kromlek nods to Vrebel, "Aye der lad, Oi'll see teh it. Ifn yeah beh askin meh, Oi'd say dat Lance fellah beh acting cautious loike. Dem orcs goin teh kill dem prisoners nay matter what. Oi say we go an give em a good swift kick up deh backsiode as dey leave. Make em sorry dey turned der nose up at us an think dey can simply walk away. But dats just meh." He spat onto the dirt covered ground.
He looked around at the several thousand soldiers camped in the low mounds nearby.
"Oi reckon too dat ifn yeah said you was goin teh do dat, most of dese folks beh wit yea. Oi know Oi would beh."
He walked away with a shovel over one shoulder and his murderous axe over his other.
"Maybe oi'll rename meh axe teh Orcsplitter and go after em meself!" Is the last thing Vrebel hears before he is out of range.

I have to say the last post about Fort Hilm was unbelievable.
I'm slightly biased but I really feel as if I'm part of whats going on with the plot just by reading these things. And I'm finding out heaps about the world and whose in it and how it works too just by reading them.

Kromlek races up his leg healed finally and regards the fires just as Daniella storms off. He looks around and goes over to Argali.
"Oi take it dat dis ney beh gud den eh? Food huh? Oi'd love teh know how dem boogers got in here den."

Kromlek was following Argali around at times to make sure she's alright walks up suddenly and bows to Kobal in awe.
"Argali has deh roight of it Thane. Deh problem with this Red one is dat he nay be afraid ter show hi'self. Oi never met dis Fisterion, only heard bout him. But dis red I seen plenty of toimes now and he's a tough cookie. One things fer certain we seen so far, an that is ifn he says he will do somethin, he does it an he makes sure everybody knows about it too. When he broke deh south wall he killed deh Myr'drachs and deh Drachs dat tried to enter the fort. He's nay afraid of much and he's pretty confident of his own powers oi reckon an he aint afraid to show it."

Kromlek stands at the edge of the meeting, still not comfortable being around all the important people. He seems to want to say something for a while and eventually blurts it out.
"Oi got a crazy idea loike. Ifn our job is too hold em here, an nauw we only got a month from dey dragon, do yea think dey dragon will level deh fort no matter whose in it? Oi mean, he killed deh Myr'drachs and deh drachs when he broke deh wall. Maybe he'd wreck deh fort no matter who beh in it? We could work teh hold deh fort and abandon it just before hes return an let deh Cult run in...just in toime for him to return and level it?"
He squirms a bit under their looks. "Just an oidea loike."

"Guess Oi'll just go kill meh some Cultists den instead. Oi dun really care it it beh Realites or dem, dey all deh blewdy same teh me anyway. Oi'll jus' ask Argali who teh kill. She'll tell meh roight."
He goes off to find her.

My first post in this thread! I had to say thank you to the people who have been working hard to help Lor and Castle mask.
Even though I died in the front line of the battle against the Rael troops it was great fun. All the people involved have been great to watch and learn more RP from.
I think I have to say a special thanks to Argali who is just amazing in everything. Also to the player of Cearwyn and Andrew and Angela just to name a few. I think everyone who has been involved was great.
And I have to thank Dezza too for the quests about the plot otherwise I would not have anything to do with it and know nothing about it. My character is a straight fighting dwarf, pretty simple, and he's been able to be involved like lots of others which is great.
Thanks and kudos to all!

Kromlek turns and kicks a nearby bin sending it across the work hall and into the far wall. As people turn to regard him he grumbles and quickly leaves.

I feel myself getting a little bit stronger every passing week. But I know i still have a long way to go. I have killed gaints and goblins. It makes me happy to see them suffer and die. I once shot an arrow into a goblins eye... it ran around in a circle before collapsing to the ground with it's feet twitching. I have not been killing these alone however.
I have found others to go with, A dwarf named Gladyus, he told me that he could help, and would talk to me about some certain things. But for him to tell me more I need to find who his, associate is. I am looking around for him or she, this corrupted world is very large. But I think I am almost there.
I also continue to see others wonder into the forests then come out again covered in animal blood. There are so many people of all different races going in there. It makes me very very angry. I followed a group onve and they killed a fat boar for fun, and just left it there. Where I came from, that boar could feed a family for around 2 weeks!
I keep these thoughts in my mind to make me train harder. The harder I train, the closer i get to my goal. To stop people hurting the forests and make them pay!

Again in the same place as always, Kromlek is with Sasha Tomyis continually getting bruises on his shoulders and back. Kromlek swings his axe over and over again untill his muscles get sore. But his teacher would hit him again and snap him into position.
Kromlek is starting to get a little bit more positive comments from Sasha but hen again, its hardly anything. Kromlek thinks he has worked out that when he is getting more positive comments, then he is getting better. He clings to this thought and keeps goin and goin.
"Right...Yes thats the right stance.....keep your legs firm." Sasha said to him. Thump! However after she says that he gets smacked onto the ground.
It seems Kromlek just needs to calm down when he fights, not go crazy with anger and try to smack the brains out of anyone in his way. This is very hard for him because even when he does everything right....Crack! He gets smacked again!
Sasha says to put your anger into your weapon and controll the weapon and not let it controll you. Kromlek doesn't really understand this but he tries all the same, now knowing that if he objects he just gets smacked across the feilds they practise in.
At the end of every session Sasha would give Kromlek a little comment about his work, it makes Kromlek feel a little better on the inside, but on the outside he is still aching and sore.

He watches and watches, the legendary Sasha Tomyris shows him the move again. He can't but admire the moves, the perfection. By comparison he is a bumbling buffoon but he wont let that stop him. He takes position, trying to copy the stance she had shown him. One foot out of place and Sasha's hand cracked into his shoulder, the solid blow far more than what he would have expected from the human and belied the strength that was contained in her human form.
"Shoulder back Kromlek, stand like that and an enemy will come up from under your guard and take your arm off. Now, do it like I showed you!"
Kromlek muttered under his breath but did as she requested, forcing his shoulder back until he could feel the muscles straining. All he got was a brief nod when it was in position. She was a hard teacher. Hard to find, hard to track down, hard to convince to show him some moves and even harder in her methods of training. But he was determined to prove to her and everyone else that he could be like iron. Forged and prepared and used for battle.
He settled into the position and tried the move again. Crack! His head this time.
"Dont rotate your hips when you swing! You need to maintain control as you bring the arm forward!" Her hard penetrating gaze bore into him.
Anger seized him..Crack!
"Don't let the anger overwhelm your control, use it, channel it, its your most powerful tool."
On and on it went all morning, dont do this, dont do that, crack, listen to me, crack , do this, crack, dont do that, crack, crack, thump. Kromlek goes down once again.
In sparring no matter how hard he tried his axe was no match for the sword weilding woman. By the end of it Kromlek was a mass of bruises and aching muscles while all Sasha had was a slight sheen of sweat upon her brow.
"We have a lot to work on Kromlek, if you ever hope to master that axe of yours." Kromlek for perhaps one of very few times few a bluch some to his cheeks of humiliation, he had thought he was pretty good and this human woman had shown him just how weak he really was and made it look easy.
"Don't worry Kromlek, you have the makings there, but it takes time, commitment and constant practice to truly feel part of the essence of your weapon."
Feeling slighty better for the comment, the first one she had made for the entire session that contained a relatively positive edge he vowed to go on, and do it as many times as necessary to be the best he could be.

*just outside near a fire*
I've been having a great time! I have just started to do crafting and smelting, but its very hard work,i might just leave it to everyone else because all that stuff is so heavy! Well, atleast it was worth a shot, i thought it would increase my ability with my steel but i don't think it helps that much, however i did learn how weapons and armour are made so that wasn't such a big waste.
Also i have been exploring alot and got Cardin and Tori to come with me and we found a great site! it was a big gaint cave, i have never seen it before but i think Cardin or Tori have but im not sure, i'll have to ask. Anyway we got to the end and found someone down there getting some Gems. I think his name was Nihaer, He i didn't like him that much but he was very good with magic, i watched him very carefully, and i think i made something out of it.
*stretches and yawns* i think i might stop writing now, im really tired.

Kromlek~ 'ello captain! kromlek wanna go ta Vehl!
Captain~ Aye, we be setting sail in just a few minutes.
Kromlek~ *munches on some raw meant* okays, oi captain ya wanna hear me big fights with sum of me friends?
Captain~ *goes to bark an order at a sailor, but was cut off quickly by Kromlek*
Kromlek~ Dun matter wat ya say, me goin to tall ya anyway!
Captain~ *sighs* well mate, maybe when we get to Vehl and
Kromlek~ *cuts him off again* So me and my friends sittin' just there *points to the land* an' we be talkin' 'bout all different tings, like dem gods *points to the sky*
Captain~ *quickly says something to a sailor and they set off*
Kromlek~ den we be goin through dem forests an' we be fightin' dem big green protecter tings. Kromlek was da toughest an' da strongest! Especially when me use my spiney dingy move, Kromlek go round an' round an' day all fall over or runs away!
Captain~ ahh, right. sounds good umm *looks at kromlek*
Kromlek~ me be Kromlek da biggest an' toughest!
Captian~ ahh that's it, well mate i gotta go do some important stuff so just go below and have somethin' to eat alright.
Kromlek~ But Kromlek got dis *holds up some raw meat* an' me not finished yet!
Anyways Kromlek be goin into dat big cave were dem big horn cows are an' we fight dem all an' we win! Me friend Cardin says we slice through dem like butter. Dem walking cows are no butter *laughs* Cardin be really funny sometimes!
Captain~ do you mean the cave were those big mushroom things are, yeah that's a dangerous cave there mate.
Kromlek~ dem not be dangerous, not wen ya got 3 clericks up ya backside *laughs* dere was Cardin an' da white lady an' a dwarf one, i liked him, he worshipped Vorax, me told him i follow my gut an' my axe *laughs* i like dat!
Captian~ ahh, that sounds a lot safer then, but no other fighters to help ya mate?
Kromlek~ nay, me be da only fighter, day got all dere mumbo jumbo powers, but dat means dat Kromlek da toughest one dere! we go all da way down den we come all da way up, then we squash da mushrooms, an' Cardin say ya can eat da mushrooms. Me took a bite outta it an' it was yuck! so me killed da tiger tings an' got sum real food! but everyone was sick when I ate da meat when i got it, *laughs* dat was really funny!
Captian~ *looks as Fort Vehl comes into sight* well Kromlek, ahh very good story and we might see eachother again another time.
Kromlek~ but me not finished *looks angry* Kromlek wanna finish his story!
Captain~ *tries to talk but keeps getting cut off*
Kromlek~ An' wen i was in da cave dere was dem big cows dat make ya turn ta stone! day turn me ta stone an' i couldn't move, it was funny *laughs*
Captian~ *looks a bit stressed because he couldn't give orders because kromlek was to loud and was coming into harbour*
Kromlek~ but Kromlek so strong dat he broke out an' saved everyone! so deres me story dun! Kromlek will tell ya another story tamorrow or somthin'.
Captian~ *quickly shouts an order and qiuckly steers into harbour* *wipes sweat off his forehead* that was close lad.
Kromlek~ *walks down to land and through the gates*
Captain~ *looks over the side of his ship and banged the railing* that stupid dwarf made me scratch the side of the ship! *sighs* lucky it wasn't out in the middle of the sea, then we would of sunk.
