 Whirlwind attack is bugged in my opinion, some say otherwise but the 5 times i used it bugged and i could not attack afterward which meant relogging. so I would not take improved whirlwind later levels, Its unfortunate you have to take it at all your AB is so high and your attack per round are enough coupled with Cleave and great cleave it renders whilrwind obsolete IMO.

I also didnt see any Knockdown feat, its an excellent addition to a fighters arsenal. Being how your strength based which is what KD is based off. I choose a rogue split for the ability of trap finding and sneak attacks works great with KD's. Your not much good if you trip over the traps and get ponded by spawns, and having a good sneak means you can sometimes avoid fighting or kill the mage first before he gets off any spells then melee the rest while spamming KD which adds +4 to your to hit while their prone.

I completely agree with your opinion on Whirlwind and it is bugged (unfortunately I have confirmed it). I would not take that particular feat if it wasn't part of the prerequisite for Weapon Master. Which at this low level has started to make things quite difficult, I cannot wait to get Cleave and Great Cleave. I like the idea of the knockdown but the sneaky aspect is just not the flavor of this character. Thank you for the idea though!

I am making this for my own sanity, all to often would I level a character and forget my end goal and take something shiny that I wanted only to regret it later. So here is my planned outline for Wihlym Leonart, please make suggestions as i am unfamiliar with this system.

Hey there,

I am The Amazing Varnigan! *alias Wihlym cough* 
*ahem*
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and get to know everyone a little bit. 
I alos wanted to ask if anyone had any information about The Hilm Protectorate and the cities/towns near there. I plan on basing many of my upcominng characters out of that region.

I am somewhat of a showman myself and am always looking to make someone laugh. I am a light hearted role player but an obsessive character creator for mechanics and backstory. I started dnd less than a year ago but I have quickly immersed myself in the culture and am currently involved in 5 campaigns and will have a podcast coming out in a couple months about a pathfinder game I am playing with friends. My rl stats would go something like thisStr 14 Dex 11Con 14Int 15Wis 17Cha 18 Hope that puts things into perspective! Can't wait to get this thing started!
