I'm not sure where to put this, as it isn't a bug, but trying to take a horse to Hurm is a real pain. It's extremely difficult to get past the ship captain, taking repeated tries and sometimes even three or four log-outs/log-ins to force a way past him. Could he be positioned elsewhere?

Description: The west enchanting bowl in the Port Hempstead Hall of the Al'Noth failed to produce a divinity III ring (or anything else) when the proper ring and an enchanting oil were used. This is a trivial operation for Sala Stonehill. The alex/platinum ring and the oil disappeared, and the message 'Acquired Item: ring' was received, but no ring.
Location: west enchanting bowl in the Port Hempstead Hall of the Al'Noth
Verified:
Reproduceable: Sala 'made' five rings with no product, before I realized what was happening. I didn't try it on the other enchanting bowl or on an enchanting bowl in another location.

Description: A stack of 10 healing potions put in ox pack disappears from the pack. (I put one and then 6 light potions in the pack, and they appropriately changed to the new description. I put a stack of 10 in, and they disappeared upon closing the pack.)

Reproduceable: I repeated with a stack of 10 moderate target potions, and they disappeared also.

To: City of Port Hempstead
Members of Illvacla eo El'Wilmlayla Guild wish to establish a Silverguard Aid and Relief Fund in the amount of 24,000 trues. A draft on the Hempstead bank is herein provided.
In honor of the dedicated service the guards provide to the citizens of Hempstead, moneys from this fund are to be used for the support of the families of disabled and deceased Silverguards, without regard to the cause of the disability or death.
Administration of the fund should done by a panel of Silverguard and overseen by the city, as they best know the needs of their own members.
I hope that other citizens of Hempstead will also wish to honor the service of the Silverguard and will contribute to this fund.
