    Compliment
    « on: March 08, 2005, 01:28:00 am »
    Hi there,
I'm quite inxperienced at NWN and totally new to the concept of roleplaying online. I have done Pen and Paper roleplaying before, and I have been a bit sceptic about the concept of roleplaying onling. But I must say, all my worries have been put to shame. I think there are a lot of good roleplaying going on in the game.
And its nice to see that people online actually can behave and show courtesy.

Thanks for a good game well played.

it's amazing just the added level you get by disallowing names such as "i's pwnd U" and such, that coupled by the fact that we have a very mature player base certainly helps make things run smoothly

Yeah, great people here and most are pretty darn good (quite a number of them are awesome) at RP.  Some are still learning but those that are left from the last wave of new members we had a few months ago are indeed learning and adjusting and adding to the community and the RP spirit of the server.

I will just add my compliments here. Last night I was on my first ever GM run quest, and it was simply great. The RP was good (as it always is here :)) and a nice storyline. Especially I was astonished when we met a little halfling lass who would give us words of encouragement, and she recited a little of a poem I wrote a while back. I was like, hey that can't be what I wrote, but it really was...most incredible. Thanks to all for this great experience.

If you take an infinit number of monkeys and sit them infront of typewriters, one will eventually write the complete works of Shakespeare (provided you have enough bananas).

Similarly, if you take an infinite number of GM's one will eventually notice anothers poem and subconciously use it! (not that I did... I am no poet!)... provided you feed them enough peanuts.

Also, if you have an infinite number of monkeys, they will eventually turn into GM's.... and GM's will eventually turn into monkeys. Its a long cycle of natural progression.

      (i better stop now!)
