*Towards the Breath of the Muse * ... Post Tyiilaan CDQ thread

*As they walk toward the breath, Ty is rather silent even for herself. She has in her hand the paper of the painting she did earlier, and seems to take a look every so often. At first with more a critical eyes about how she could have done it better and about asking Andrew what she could have done better. But as the tmie passes, she looks at it more with an attitude of just enjoying it and trying to find what emotions the painting might carry if any at all.*

"Do better...well, you can, if you wish.  I certainly spend enough time practicing, both music and lutherie, so striving can be a part of it.  You're new to this though.  Don't worry about what you're good at, just explore and find your inspiration.  You feel it when it's there - when you lose hours or an entire night, for example, in creation or enjoyment.  There's no time limit or rush.  Just play."  A tired but pleased smile.  "You've already shown you find inspiration in the harmony of hand and string, much like SehKy, so maybe you should mingle with the Heartsong Archers a while.  They're all artists of the bow."

*As the time pass, your travels take you deep into the River of reflections, taking the Dark elf with you has not been easy and the feeling of aprhension can be felt, the Heartsong archers always vigilant and holding the territory advantage are quite efficient on the protection...*

*Two more days pass of continual travel, the bard still wearing down on the late night sleeps  ( or lack of sleep ), as the group continue, in the beautiful mid-morning the Breath of the Muse can be seen finally, the wooden walls show the wonders of careful built, no matter how many times you have been there, the place never cease to amaze you filling the heart with joy and love for the art.... if any.. its too pink *

*As they walked toward the Breath, Ty tried to do as was suggested by Andrew and tried to slowly without being pushy, mindle with the Heartsongs archers if they would let her. Seeing the walls of the Breath she stood in awe looking at the beauty that stood before her.*

*The heartsongs archers are not close enough to the group, and ever Ty comes closer to any of them she is instructed to return to the group, and keep walking thru the muse.  

(She may not see any of them unless she moves away of the group for at least 50-60 meters)

The bard returns to singing and doesn't especially make up for his lost slumber; his natural daily rhythm is to wake late, nap, and stay up until the days switch.  He spends a lot of his waking time being half-asleep as his elven guild Captain seems to prefer an early morning start, but does make progress on a new song for he and Lana Poetr's show.

*As she returns to the group after being rebuked, she looks at each of them before shrugging once and continue her way in the middle of the group.*

*Finally the group comes closer to the Breath, there is an elven male guest that addresses the group, comming to recieve them and looking over SehKy and Andrew for starters amoung the group*

Welcome brothers and good company to the Breath of the Muse, the long path from even if beautiful should be indeed tiring, come come and enjoy the pleasures that this house of inspiration gives you.

*Those words are welcomed, specially for those of weak bodies and not used to long walks ( and thos without decent sleep hours too ).

*Ty as usual when meeting someone she doesn't know keeps herself behind the tallest person she knows, and is available but not so much this time as to not be seen right away.*

*Jil raises an eyebrow at their Hosts greeting, yet keeps a querulous eye upon him, standing slightly off to the side of the two greeted.  She leans over and whispers to Ty* This is what you came here for, you should not hide.  You should not be shunned here, especially when you have such friends that stand up for you. *Indicating Those standing around them* To make yourself "invisible" only shows that you may have something to hide, and in places such as this, that is not a good thing.  Stand up for yourself and your beliefs, now is the time.  For if you can't do that here, you'll never be able to anywhere else and then the trip was wasted effort and time. *She smiles knowingly* You have it in you, I've seen it.  Now show them ...

"Thank you kindly, we are honored to be so welcomed.  Allow me to introduce my traveling companions; SehKy you know of course."  A gesture to the elf and a smile.  "The Captain of the Angels Guild, Jilseponie, a master of the arts of the bow as well; Cord, a singer and magical on harp and piccolo; and Ty'llien, another one who resonates to the bow's strings.  She has expressed curiosity and some yearnings toward Ilsare, and so we hope this trip will prove inspirational."  He shifts aside in one fluid move so the dark elven woman can't use him as a shield.  "Before we enter, we must let you know that Ty'llien is of the dark elf race.  She is here under invite of both myself and SehKy, her trainer, and a friend trusted of my wife, Sister of Mercy Elohanna Reid of our ally Aeridin's church.  Will our voucher be acceptable for her to enter the grounds?"

[Lance Stargazer]

*With the conmotion back as Ty was standing behind Andrew ( the tallest ) and Jill coming to whisper to her, the bard moves aside, leaving Ty in full view of the elf that is greeting them once he finishes his speech *

*The elf its shocked first hand then giving a long look to the dark elf he turn towards Andrew and speaks slowly, now a bit more cautious if any*

- We are aware of the visit, such good vouching was if not needed , appreciated since we were awaiting your the arrival of such..., "particular" guest -

*he gestures towards SehKy*  Master bowelf here had brought notice of her arrival to the Breath, so yes, you may be allowed to get inside , *Almost as unwillingly he adds*  I understand that you may let your companions know that this is a place of peace and inspiration. that the moment flows so the artist can go thru divine inspiration and no violence is expected in the halls .

Come please after me..... *the elf gives a couple steps back and then start to move towards the inner grounds of the Breath*

Glances at SehKy with a small grin.  "You could have said something about that earlier, I was sweating how to introduce her...or, maybe not."  Shakes his head, and steps aside so the ladies can move ahead.

[Jilseponie Wyndon]

*Jil nods and smiles her thanks and follows the others.  She looks about the place, relaxed and at ease.  It feels good not to be so alert all the time, yet her eyes and manner betray her thoughts, or is her watchful nature so ingrained after all these years?  She smiles at the harmonics of the place and sees and understands what Sehky has been telling her about Ilsare.  But she wonders, "What does Ilsare think about me?" Am I worthy as well?  My bow is my violin, the arrows it's bow.  Using different wood arrows and making her draw different lengths, her bow can sing in battle!  The beauty of a well carved bow and its song when played right, is this what Ilsare wants or accepts?  Perhaps listening to the others, will answer this question to find if she would be of acceptance here.  If not, I'm sure Folian would be more accepting of the other aspects of my life.  But why not both if possible ...?  She listens to the others and their talk ... *

*Tyillaan nodded to Jil as she whispered to her and when the elf that greeted them spoke and Andrew moved, Ty stood taller than she ever had but yet relaxed and in a nonthreatening manner. Since she was already expected she removed her hood, although her nature still showing as she was slightly nervous in her manner doing so but once done, she didn't try o hide who she was. As they moved into the breath, she listened and let her sight roam to the crafters, the painters and all of those giving praise to Ilsare by simply doing what they felt inspired to. As they kept walking she breathed in the air as if trying to permeate herself with all her surrounding. Her smile bright and wide. It would be hard for her to explain how exactly she felt at the moment.*

*The elf look over Ty as she removes the hood then with an alarmed look over Andrew and to SehKy, before moving forwards again*

Andrew draws on forty-odd years of performing and give the elf a mild, reassured smile.  He waits politely to follow, ladies first, and tucks his own misgivings deep inside.

[Lance Stargazer]

*Despite Andrew perfect standing smile and calm posture, the elf looks shocked at the whole thing, as you get inside the place, the conmotion is evident as the group gets into the Breath, there is an echo of gasps, one or two artists are so inmerse on their work that doesn't notice what is around there, but the usually calm enviroment that is the Breath, it becomes tense, the reactions vary as you all move into the halls, from people frozen from terror to people simply running outside the room where the group is walking, breaking the harmony and the peace that the place is supposed to bring*

*Ty sighs apologetically and simply replaces her hood back over her head, her shoulder slumps and her usual demeanor reappears as she stands back behind Andrew*

[Anamnesis]

Cord watching, understanding of the their tense reactions, hums softly a calming melody and walks up beside Ty to take her hand in a reassuring manner.
