From the town of Stone, word spreads of a great work of healing done, by two of the greatest of Beryl's own. Starr Sapphire and Quillwem Laylluanilm, Garnet and Emerald, respectively, of Her Perfection, are said to have taken in a great minstrel who bore dazzling wealth, given as a token of thanks...
It's said that the music this minstrel played, also in thanks to the Deep Mother, sang throughout all of Stone, making the very rocks of the temple dance... But, like the tales of his wealth, this report might be exaggerated somewhat.
The stories of just what healing he received vary widely - from regrowing legs and arms, to curing lifelong blindness, to reviving him from the deepest grip of the Slimy Doom...
But the tales agree on one thing: Such great healing has rarely, if ever, been seen on the face of Layonara before; Beryl's healing grace was truly and powerfully given on that day.
