Rumors out of Vehl speak of a kidnapping of a banker's infant daughter.
They go on to speak of how Tyra Dragonheart and an unknown woman fought over the infant on the docks, injuring the baby. The Rofireinites recovered the baby as Tyra escaped them by diving into the harbor. The unknown woman also escaped, disappearing into the chaos of the docks.
Other rumors speak of Tyra killing a little known thug and cutting off the hand of a likewise minor enforcer of a dock side gang in Vehl.
All rumors go on to include that Tyra is wanted by the Church of Rofirein.
