Spotted around Stormcrest

Those passing through Stormcrest in Mai are likely to see a woman clad in blue, methodically sharpening a curved blade with a whetstone. If anyone asks what she's doing, she simply looks up, grins in a decidedly predatory fashion, and say "waiting for the storm to gather."
