Despite the soap he's obviously put to use, though, he still carries a strong scent of oil, pipesmoke, and mushrooms.
In contrast to his usual visits - apart from his grooming - he doesn't carry a heavy crate of donations. Instead, he has an ornate scrollcase in his hands, and his friendly "let's figure out a deal" smile on his lips.
He waits patiently for Frabo to have time to speak with him, mentally reviewing his pitch. While he'd had a bit of practice on it recently, if he were to get the Workshop runnning, he'd need all the help he could get.
