By the front door a shield bearing a symbol of an enemy goddess has hung for decades. Every time she walks by she almost stops...her feet drag on the wool carpet...then she continues packing up goods.

But. It is time, and she knows it. The woman who held that shield, that sword, who wore that armor, would not want it to gather dust when it could protect a body on the front lines. She yanks the shield down and wraps it. So many feelings; missing still a friend so long gone, revulsion at the ship on storming ocean painted on the metal. Into a bundle goes the adamantium longsword, the blue-painted platinum full plate. Last, the compound oak longbow. It's been a shrine long enough. It is time.

*Griff donates some items for the war effort totaling 5,982 trues. Items included boots, bracers, weapons and other items. He also donated a much larger sum to the war effort through the Angels Guild totaling 126,737. Those itmes inlcluded armors and other equipment and weapons.*

Donations will be used to equip militias or even to improve the gear of the regular units of soldiers. Looking at the lists of the donated equipment it is clear that some items will be much better than the standard equipment worn and carried by soldiers of the Kingdoms involved in the war.

It is not possible for us to equip warriors with these exact items and see what impact it would have, but we will take these donations into consideration when determining the outcome of battles.

The donation centers (NPCs) are in most towns, items placed in the donation box are then accepted after a series of questions (you can donate True too). You can donate thru any of the causes, I've been using the Mistone Defense for the War Effort.

Obviously, this makes a difference in how one donates.
