Century old statue defaced in Mariners Hold
« on: February 10, 2009, 04:24:34 am »
*It seems vandals have taken to one of the beautilful sculptures in the central parks area of Mariners Hold. They defaced the statue of a couple holding hands with lewd pictures and comments and broke off the heads of both statues. The statues were originally donated to the city by a group of Ilsaran artists.

Authorities estimate the damages to be in the vicinity of 10,000 true and are following up on reports from several people who claim to have witnessed the attack.*

*Kyle is outraged when he sees the defaced statues.*

Really brave to deface a statue that can't strike back...

*He heads to the bank to withdraw 10,000tr to replace the statue.*

//Dezza...Anytime I'm in game I can make the donation

Authorities in Mariners Hold have suddenly released information that they have a description of a pair considered to be highly suspicious. The man is of average height, well dressed with a well manicured beard and moustache. He speaks as if he has been well educated. The woman accompanying him is said to be young with blondish hair and a lovely voice. Both may be accompanied by a number of mercenary guards.

Anyone seeing a group matching this description are to forward their details to Mariners Hold authorities. People are advised not to approach this group.

Authorities have also revealed that the couple have claimed to be bringing Ilsares retribution to those who refuse to admire art.

Ilsaran followers have come forth to deny the claims but in light of the recent events across most of the major cities in Mistone their pleas have fallen on deaf ears. All art galleries, stone statue craftsman and painters working for the city have been laid off until further investigation gets to the bottom of the matter. Ilsaran visitors to Mariners Hold are being held upon arrival for questioning and require passes to move about the city.
