 So far, a dozen people have amassed a total of 291,609 trues in credit with the guild, donating 147 boxes of food to aid starving families in the Rohdem Alliance and the Boyer Kingdom.
 
 It's not too late to have your generosity rewarded.  Bring in your donations slips now or leave them in the chests at 151 Hempstead Fields.

 Turn in your donations to any Guild member or by leaving them at our soon-to-be new store at 151 Port Hemstead Fields. You will find the door unlocked and numerous chests set up for your convenience. There will also be a crate of empty boxes with a quill and ink. It would help bookkeeping if you could write your name on each box containing food or donation slips.
 Please help with the drive to relieve famine in the Roldem Alliance and the Boyer Kingdom.

Dear Master Aden:
 
 If you bring in all materials at the same time, you'd be entitled to our standard 50% off on the bags.  If you bring only skins, they'd have the barter value of 50 trues each.
 
 Full price on a lion bag is 5,050 trues.  To get 50% off, you'd need to bring in 6 lion skins, 18 salt, 6 tanning acids, 6 tanning oils, 2 silk, 2 cotton, and 3 enchanting oils.
 
 Full price on a cougar bag is 900 trues.  To get 50% off, bring in 2 cougar skins, 4 salt, 2 tanning acids, 2 tanning oils, 2 silk, 2 cotton, and 1 enchanting oil.
 
 There's no financial advantage to getting 4 half-price bags at once, as the half-off discount does not stack with our 20% quantity discount for 4 items.  If you bought other item(s) with such bags, however, the bags would count toward getting a better quantity discount on that item.

 Prices are competitive with other guilds, and bargaining is allowed. Generous discounts are given for multiple purchases (10% for 2 items, 15% for 3, and 20% for four or more). If you provide all the materials needed for an item, it's half price. [Special note: All materials for half-price items must be presented at one time. We just don't have room to keep them separate and store them for you. If you ask though, we may be able to help by partially processing such items at no charge--smelting ore, making patterns from cotton, etc.]
 
 
 We can craft your emeralds and mithril without fail, and such items made with our materials are often available. (No multiple purchase discount if our emerald or mithril is used.)

 A hood of shadows requires 4 malar skins, 2 panther skins, 16 salt, 6 tanning acids, 6 tanning oils, 2 raw or 4 cut topaz, 4 polishing oils, 5 enchanting oils, 2 cotton, and 2 silk.  Suggested cost is 6,050 trues, due to the inability of our competitors to correctly figure costs.  I think you will find that you cannot get the materials for that price, but you're welcome to bring them.

 No contract or agreement is needed, but we do reserve the right to refuse resources when the supply exceeds our needs and/or storage space.  Right now we have a glut of fire opals, and particularly need sapphire, ginseng, malar, lion, crag cat, titanium, hazelnuts, silk and salt.  Sand or glass and coal are welcome, too.  If in doubt, check with any member.

Each slip has equal value in bidding on the auction items.
 
 In addition, representatives of the Angels Guild will be at the auction  to give you credit for any slips not successfully used in the bidding.  In addition, slips may be turned in to the Angels for credit from that  time through Monday night. See below for details.
 The Angels Guild will follow the Silver Buckle's rules on what is acceptable as donations. During and immediately after the event,  all boxes and slips will be worth $2000 credit each. This is offered to  encourage more people, especially less experienced adventurers, to  attend the event.
