I Am wondering the cost of ability rings of the 3rd tier and also of Malar bags.  If there are any crafters who can make such items could you tell me the prices with and without the required regents and stones needed to make them.

Well ability rings of the third tier aren't usually sold, rather you will need to supply an emerald and pay around 60.000 or so to have it set in gold. As for malar bags I believe they are going for around 50.000 or so at the moment.
