My name is Gil O'mek and I've recently found myself wandering around these parts after the death of my parents.
I don't ask for charity, but if you have need of someone a bit middlin' with swords then I'm up for just about anything.
I'm not that skilled at all this yet as it is sort of new to me, but I am smart even if I lack some horse-sense. I've seen a griffon once, but the outcome wasn't that pretty and I'm loathe to do it again without some help beside me.
My Mom left me a book of hers that has some spells or something in it and I'm working this out as I go along. If you have knowledge of this arcane sort of stuff I'd be very much interested in speaking with you. Also if you need someone to hack at the little annoting things out there in the wilds, then I'm cheaper than hiring some mercenary.
I'm a human a bit on the portly side and I tend to sit and listen to the conversations on the benches outside the Hlint Bank when I'm in town. Please feel free to look me up if you have need or just want to sit and chat a little bit.
