Folian temple in the forest of Fog

I'm not sure if it's intentional or a bug, so I'm asking.

It seems to always rain there, not just like periodically there will be some rain. But always. Been there many times now, and just spent about 2 hours there now, and still there at the moment. And it hasn't stopped raining for a minute.

So is this a bug or intentional?

Maybe it's where Rain and his army of Rain-drops come from?

I cant recall what the % for rain was when I remodeled that place for Folians temple. But perhaps things have changed with it since I built it... cause the wolves I added arent there either.

Yep, it rains all the time in that area.  Why? I don't know. I didn't rebuild it for v3, but I'm assuming there was some reason.  Anyway, it's working as configured.

Something I've noticed on my stay on Layonara for the past year: It seems to always rain everywhere. Coincidence? I think not! :P
