If it's the same intensity as a bright overcast day, they'd still be in trouble, but if we're talking thunderstorm dark, Drow should be able to handle it fairly well.

Going from total darkness your entire life, to an overcast day is still a shock I would imagine. What? I go outside. Shaddap.
