they just put in like 40 near pranzis... if you really want a house head there.

i might also add that a house is 75k and up, and if one is open in Mistone it will sale fast fast fast. if you happen to have 75K in gold, then ask around IC in game and get someone to take you out to pranzis, show you the sights.

This isn't really the right area to post this...but *points up* what they said.
  To add:  It's very unlikely that more housing will be added to West any time soon.
  As has been said, there are 40 new homes in the Pranzis area on Central.  While those are significantly more expensive, on average, than the homes on West, there are some available, and they're not that hard to reach.

There needs to be restrictions on the amount of houses you can have to one...cause I can't see why a high lvl player wouldn't just buy himself 2-3 houses for storage in different towns to have somewhere to sleep. Is there even anything to stop players from having more than one house?

Looking around at the houses, I barely even see the people... So, it should be a system in place about housing that you have to use it like once a month or something...

Well, that's just the question, isn't it? What is the purpose of housing on Layonar?

It's of course great fun to use your own house for your roleplay, inviting people.. serving drinks etc. But everyone would want that and not everyone can have it.
 
Pankoki stated it in his annual rant, really only master crafters have a really great need for houses. All other players could get around with two to three chests. Or for that matter, maybe it's desirable to increase the amount of items you can put in the persistant bankchest.

Well, I wanted a house to set up a Buisness, so like I could put some copper ingots in a box for example for say...Shadow to pick up to make into rings, when I am not online then sell them on, and put the gold earned into a box for me to pick up when he is away, so the process is much more easier and quicker...that's why I wanted a House with Tedulas.

I could really do with a house now, since i've ran out of space in the bank chest, am fast running out of space on the ox pack and have found out that the lellion arms is fully booked(according to one of the co-owners). I was looking through some house owners in lellion last week(i was curious) and most of the houses belonged to characters i'd never even seen on layonara since i joined it.

I concur.
There is a housing shortage, but perhaps it might be better and more accomadating to have another leilon arms in another port city for those players that want a place to call their character's own.
What of the tents in fort hope. Could they not be used for housing?
Also, there are towns and cities with buildings. Could those buildings be used? ie. Rooming houses?

I for one would like to have the opportunity to buy a place later for a shop and accomadation. Most of the houses seem to be used as warehouses than houses to share with other characters.
