Tower of Nature spawns

Describtion: The normal neutral animals spawn in this area, but there is one black bear which is hostile. It either attacks players which doesn't make much IC sense, or it starts whacking on the other animals there.

The one hostile black bear that spawns in the area does so and has a walk pattern that is sufficiently far away from the normal path of traffic through the area and from any non-hostile creatures.  

I may be wrong, but it does make a certain sense for the bear to be hostile, as it's outside of the Tower's grounds, not on them.

Well it is just rather annoying that you sort of have to avoid killing the bear while passing the area, okay you could kill the bear but I don't think that it is the right cause of action right next to the tower of nature unless your character doesn't know where he or she is.
But that aside it will just keep attacking deer and such so yes maybe it just needs to be neutral to the neutrals in the area and hostile to the PCs, but I doubt anyone would go as far as killing it and then it will be nothing but an annoyance that will either cause your PC to run or spend a spell holding it.

In fact, it is not possible to kill the bear, as it seems to be toggled as invurlnable.
