Birthstones.

Yeah, so my birthstone is amythest. My wife's birthstone is diamond. And from everything we can tell, my daughter's birthstone is going to be emerald.

Anyone see the correlation here?

Yeah, I'm the cheapest... heh. Because I'm the +1 ring. My wife's the +2 ring. And together we made our daughter who is the +3 ring. Destined for greatness I tell ya.

Now you just have to wonder what type of enchantment she will want to be when she grows up.

As far as I can understand by "my daughter's birthstone is going to be.." you're going to have a daughter soon! Well in that case congratulations :) If I'm wrong well... you're still lucky to have a daughter ;)

Well I got Three daughters.  You are a luck man.  Daughters are not as much as a handfull as sons.  And they still tell you they love you when there older.  I think that is the best part.

It all depends on which list you're using

The first published list of birthstones can be found in Revelation 21:19-20where the foundation stones of the new Jerusalem are listed, in the order of the Roman calendar:

(19)And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
(20)The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.

If we are talking about the gemstones...looks like you are in Beryl's favor...

But in regards to the new addition of a daughter..

Congrats !!!!!

Girls are nice... until they hit about 12 years of age, at which point they become far worse then boys...

Seriously though, congrats :-)
