The GM's are pulling their collective hair out on a daily basis anyway with all that is on their plate.  Best thing to do is just wait, they'll get to it.

Trust me, that's happened and it is not a way to faster approval

 Actually the someone who did something like that only waited like 2 or 3 hours before spamming the GM Team.
