just so you can get it fixed up before a character gm looks at it (and get in game more quickly) PrCs are not approved at submission, you must begin as a base class and reapply for the prc after developing towards it. Some PrCs require CDQs. See here for info about cahracter submissions:

What is your character like? A usefull way to touch on all of these things is to use an anecdote from his previous life, usually an important situation in his life, perhaps when his parents died showing how he reacts to it.
