Just noticed that the forums have not been set forward an hour yet.

Two things:

The time clock in the corner is dependent on your time settings, not those of the forums.

Second - a good chunk of the forum-goers are European - where the time hasn't changed yet.

(They won't change until the 20th, this year.  Confusing? :) )

Can you be more specific, please?  Which time settings specifically are used?

I'm seeing exactly what Hellblazer is reporting; my computer clock says 2pm, but the forum says 1pm.  Technically, it is 1pm EST, but we're on Daylight Savings Time now, so it should show 2pm EDT.  So technically right but unnecessarily confusing.  I went through the forum options and tried each of the DST setting choices (auto, always on, always off) and none of them made a difference; the forum clock in the corner always read the same time.  I don't know what I could change on my computer's settings to make the forum report the right time; if my computer is reporting the right time, it's the forum at fault, after all.

To make things worse, all the automatic calendar times have advanced one hour.  Innocent Investigations ran at 8pm EST last night (8pm to 11:59pm), but the calendar now reports its start time and end times as each one hour later (9pm and 12:59am).  Also, I'm 99.9% certain Eor's quest Thursday will begin at 8pm EDT, but it now shows 9pm as the start time (images attached).  This is a bad thing.

So, summary: the forum clock is an hour slow (for some of us), and the calendar is an hour fast.

If there is something we can do to get the times right, can someone make a dedicated, specific post somewhere?  If there's nothing we can do, is there something someone else can do?  I'm concerned there are going to be a lot of screwed up quests and unhappy people for a while, and I'd like to see it prevented rather than waded through, y'know?

Thanks.

For the interim, while things are messed up, can I suggest everybody agree to post a GMT time, along with whatever else they post, which will let people translate themselves (since I think most people know their GMT offset, and that's static)

Daylight Savings Time (for the GMT-n timezones) usually shifts one hour closer to GMT.

My physical timezone is GMT-6, but because of Daylight Savings, I'm having to use GMT-5 calculations.
Still on hiatus.  I'm sure my original characters are long gone, too.

The forum clock in the top right has been updated.

Calendar times will be broken unless the person who creates the events follows Step 2 (the tricky part) of the following post:
