Alright, Twixel has looked all over in the large city of Pranzis where everything is available but he can not find an arcanist tower or craft hall to brew potions. Is he in the wrong area? Looking for directions?

Yup he won't find it in the city, there is one on the outskirts though, think I'll not give it's location away here though.

Twixel thanks the kind street merchant for making him stop and think. Where would he place a tower for arcane experiments. He found what he was looking for.
