House Key Not Working

I do not know were to post this note.  Me and 3 others bought a house two days ago.  It is in Quantum Windword name, I have a key to the house.  I can not open the door to the house.  It gives me all the options to sell the house, change locks, but not the open the door.  Everyone else keys work on the door, but mine.  I must be doing something wrong, please help..

    Are you sure no one has clicked "Change Locks"  Have you ever been able to get into the house or has it not worked at all?

      All our keys were working untill today, I 'm suspecting Quantum acidentally changed the locks, but then he should have gotten a new key then no?

      I dont think I did becouse there are saftys on changing anything to do with the house.  It always asks if you are sure you want to do changes..
